Cadian Commissar (Squad Modification: Eternal Vengeance)
This is a Character made for a Warhammer 40k Total Modification for a game named Squad. The mod itself went by the name of "Death and Duty" but has since been changed to Eternal Vengeance.
note: the base-mesh, the head, and the hands are re-used from existing models to maintain continuity. Credit goes to the Squad dev team.
A very mean shot that captures the characters deathly personality
the cape will utilize in engine cloth physics.
The bolt pistol carried by the Commissar, mainly to ensure the guardsmen stay inline and follow orders.
